The location allowed easy access to restaurants and a tram stop. The breakfast selection was good with a make-your-own waffle station, made mornings extra special.

It was nice, clean, quiet and comfortably located near the Louise Metro station. Checking in and out was easy and quick and the directions given good.

There was a micro wave oven and a fridge but no glasses, cutlery or anything to eat with. With no breakfast being served this was a down side. A kettle for making coffe/tea should also be in a room of this sort.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with a tram stop right outside. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide range of breads, pastries, and a make-your-own waffle station. Complimentary coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby.

The room was smaller than I expected, which might not be ideal for longer stays.

Nice room! The staff had read and fulfilled my wish for a room as high up as possible and with a nice view :-)

The room was spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary coffee and tea were available 24/7, and the breakfast was a lovely continental spread. The location was great, just a short walk to shopping areas and the tram station right outside the hotel.

Simple but clean room, wooden floors and felt quite new.

Self Check-in was not very efficient as you had to re-type all details that you had already provided when you booked the room. It took unnecessary long time and at the end the room key did not come out of the self check-in machine as there was an error message.

Good modern hotel, our stay was very very good.

Had reasonably sized and well-designed room with private bathroom and a microwave, an air conditioning and an individual safe. The provided service was exceptional. Besides, our parking was outside the hotel. We walked 15 minutes to get to the subway.

The wifi in my room was so weak it was unusable, just unacceptable. I also couldn't help but notice the breakfast was sadly not replenished, so I left starving. I had a good stay, but a complimentary snack would have been a nice touch. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The fact that is a "self-service" hotel, with automatic check- in and out when all the time the machines are not working and one needs to call someone to come over and do the whole procedure manually! It is a waste of time!
